Speech Language Pathologist – Lead Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric therapy team in Mesquite.

Balance patient care with leadership duties, including mentoring therapists, supervising clinical fellows, and supporting clinical operations.

Conduct therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and communicate effectively with families.

Lead team meetings, participate in hiring, and foster a positive, collaborative clinic environment.

Collaborate with leadership to improve procedures and ensure high-quality, family-centered care.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Texas SLP license, CCC-SLP, 2-3 years pediatric experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills.
