Job Description
Seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for maternity leave coverage at a compassionate practice specializing in speech and language therapy for children with ASD and developmental disabilities.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing communication, social skills, articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
Collaborate with behavior analysts, caregivers, and team members to coordinate therapy strategies.
Provide direct therapy sessions in clinical or home settings, tracking progress and adjusting plans accordingly.
Educate and support parents with at-home strategies, ensuring documentation compliance.
Qualifications include a valid NJ SLP license, ASHA certification, and 3+ years pediatric experience, preferably with ASD.
