Physician – Family Practice

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Family Practice physician for outpatient care at a busy clinic in Lenexa, KS. The role involves providing outpatient services with no inpatient rounding, in a practice with a strong focus on behavioral health and population health, supported by a Clinical Quality Manager, Care Managers, and Social Workers.

The clinic currently has a team of physicians, pediatricians, and nurse practitioners. The position offers a competitive salary, 3 weeks vacation, CME time, full benefits, malpractice coverage, and partnership or ownership opportunities after 2 years, with 1 year on a production model.

Requirements include an M.D. or D.O., completion of an accredited residency, board certification or eligibility, excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a Kansas Medical License. The ideal candidate is a team player with a welcoming communication style.
