Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our 5 clinic locations in Roanoke, Salem, Christiansburg (2), and Low Moor. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.


  • Conduct new patient assessments and follow-up care.
  • Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications.
  • Order and review diagnostic tests; refer to specialists as needed.
  • Perform office procedures such as joint, trigger point, and Botox injections.
  • Manage intrathecal pumps and provide patient counseling.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team; follow all licensing and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training.

    • Requirements include an accredited graduate program, Virginia license, and DEA registration (in process acceptable). Experience is preferred but training is available. In-person work at Low Moor, VA with relocation required. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 yearly, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, CME reimbursement, 401(k), and malpractice coverage.
