Job Description
The Counselor role involves providing compassionate mental health support through individual and group therapy using techniques like CBT, psychodynamic, and art therapy.
• Conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for diverse populations including those with developmental disabilities, PTSD, and addiction.
• Implement crisis interventions, facilitate family counseling, and maintain confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic practices.
**Qualifications:** Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, with valid state licensure.
**Preferred:** Experience with children, telehealth, special populations, and crisis management.
