Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various wounds in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Perform wound care procedures including dressing changes and debridement.

Document interactions accurately using eClinicalWorks and ensure compliance.

Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention strategies.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with wound care advancements.

Collaborate with healthcare teams for discharge planning and patient outcomes.

Requirements include a current Nurse Practitioner license with wound care specialization, experience in wound management, proficiency in advanced techniques, and strong communication skills. This part-time, flexible role involves working in clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and patient homes within Columbus, GA, with potential travel.
