Seeking a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Services Program in Riverside, CA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for newly licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to coordinate and oversee Intensive Home-Based Services, including Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) and mental health assessments for at-risk children and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, treatment planning, reviewing progress, collaborating with caregivers, school staff, and community agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position involves individual and family therapy, documentation, staff training, and participation in meetings. Candidates must have a Master’s degree, California licensure, crisis management skills, and preferably bilingual Spanish. Travel within the Eastern Inland Empire region is required.
