Job Description

The Nurse Practitioner reports to the Medical Director in a full-time, exempt role. They work within a multidisciplinary team to integrate psychiatric care into Medication Assisted Treatment for substance use disorder, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.

  • Assess patients’ health needs, perform exams, order tests, and analyze data.
  • Deliver coordinated medication-assisted treatment with collaborative planning involving patients, families, and community teams.
  • Prescribe treatments, document in electronic health records, and modify care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with professionals and community agencies to ensure culturally sensitive, high-quality care.
  • Participate in quality assurance, maintain clinical competence, and support professional development.
  • Travel between facilities and attend meetings as required.

    Qualifications include a graduate degree from an accredited NP program, current Washington license, and active DEA certificate. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with benefits such as insurance, retirement, paid time off, and bonus opportunities. The role is performed in an office setting with some travel required.
