We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NPP) position in Bath, NY, with flexibility for remote work and travel within Upstate NY.
The role involves diagnosing and treating acute and chronic psychiatric conditions in youth and individuals, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing psychopharmacology consultations.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient histories, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and providing education to patients and families.
Requires a Master’s in Nursing, NYS RN and NP licenses (psychiatric specialty), at least 2 years RN experience, and a valid driver’s license.
Work schedule is primarily Monday-Friday with on-call duties; may involve virtual and in-person work in Bath and surrounding areas.
Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., occasional standing, walking, and driving.
Salary ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 annually for 30 hours/week, based on experience.
