We are a growing provider of innovative medical care for long-term and post-acute patients across the U.S., utilizing advanced technology to prevent hospitalizations.

We seek a full-time on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Corsicana, TX, to deliver healthcare in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Enjoy a schedule with no weekends, nights, call, or holidays. Work independently with team support, diagnosing, treating, and managing residents’ health conditions, developing care plans, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and providing education.

Requirements include current Texas NP licensure, board certification, and experience with geriatrics preferred. Strong assessment and communication skills are essential.
