Physiatrist (PM&R)

Job Description

We are seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R) to provide outpatient rehabilitation focusing on restoring function, managing pain non-surgically, and supporting return-to-work strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing non-surgical management for musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic pain conditions
• Performing functional and impairment evaluations
• Collaborating with therapy, behavioral health, and occupational medicine teams
• Tracking progress and optimizing therapeutic interventions
• Documenting findings in compliance with Workers’ Compensation standards

Ideal candidates are:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in PM&R
• Licensed to practice in California
• Experienced with musculoskeletal and neurorehabilitation cases
• Possessing excellent documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills
• Focused on patient-centered functional outcomes

This full-time or part-time role offers a schedule Monday–Friday, with no weekends or on-call, and an annual salary range of $200,000–$400,000.
