Job Description

We are hiring a pediatric speech-language pathologist for our private practice, dedicated to providing evidence-based, one-on-one therapy to enhance communication and feeding skills.

  • Responsibilities include thorough documentation, evaluation, goal setting, and treatment planning, along with managing client files and diagnoses.
  • Promote consistent therapy sessions, reschedule missed appointments, and collaborate with team members and other providers for optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhere to HIPAA regulations, and ensure proper use of diagnosis codes.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Maryland licensure, and ASHA certification.

    • Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and a full-time or part-time schedule Monday to Friday. Salary ranges from $62,000 to $77,000 annually, with potential bonuses.
