Seeking dedicated Clinicians across Oregon to join a supportive, collaborative mental health practice. The role offers flexible scheduling, including a four-day workweek, with compensation tied to billable services, ranging from $76,032 to $120,960 annually based on client load and engagement.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree, Oregon licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), and experience with evidence-based behavioral health practices for all ages. The position is on-site in Eugene, with a full-time caseload of at least 25 clients weekly, and a background check is required.
