_New opportunity near Green Bay, WI with a $20K sign-on bonus!_

_Position Overview:_
Placement of Emergency Medicine Board-Certified/Eligible or FP/IM Physicians with ED experience at a hospital in Manitowoc, WI.

_Compensation & Benefits:_
• $225/hr + benefits (valued at $30/hr) as a W2 employee
• $250/hr as an Independent Contractor
• $20,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, with a minimum 1-year commitment, starting by Feb 1, 2024
• Full-time benefits include PTO, holiday pay, health/dental coverage (50% paid by employer), 401K with matching, CME reimbursement, schedule flexibility, paid malpractice, and more.

_Qualifications & Requirements:_
• MD/DO, Board-Certified or Eligible in EM
• FP/IM with ED experience
• Wisconsin Medical License/DEA

_Work Environment:_
• Level 3 Trauma Center with Heli-pad
• ~24 daily arrivals
• 24/7 hospitalist coverage
• EMR: EPIC
• Single physician coverage with 30-minute overlap
