Job Description
Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Keene, NH, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include conducting patient exams, managing medical records, ordering diagnostic tests, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and educating patients and families.
Perform wellness visits and medication reconciliations 3-5 days weekly, promoting overall health and preventive care.
