Discover Recovery offers person-centered treatment for individuals with addiction in a safe, serene environment.
Performs initial interviews and assessments, and provides ongoing evaluations using bio-psychosocial data from clients, families, and referral sources. Demonstrates current professional standards in chemical dependency knowledge and skills. Collaborates with leadership and therapists to support client care. Maintains knowledge of treatment modalities and works effectively with diverse populations. Primary Therapist Qualifications: Master’s in Social Services/Sciences or related field with at least two years of therapy experience. Valid Washington State license; Oregon license is a plus. Commitment to confidentiality and a drug-free work environment. Strong communication skills. Certifications: LMHP, LICSW, MFT.
Details: Full-time, $60,000-$90,000/year, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development. Schedule includes 8-hour shifts and on-call duties. Work is in person.
