We are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician to join a growing, physician-owned practice, offering full-time or part-time options with benefits.
Provide medical oversight and care across various settings including subacute, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living. Maintain timely documentation, participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer reviews to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services. Collaborate with staff and administration on strategic and operational plans, supporting practice growth and improvement. Share responsibility for evening, weekend, and holiday call duties, with reliable transportation required to visit multiple facilities as needed. Ensure compliance with medical standards, regulations, and documentation requirements. Participate in scholarly activities and support safety and quality initiatives.
Qualifications include experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings, licensure in the state, and board eligibility or certification. The role offers a competitive salary starting at $250,000/year, along with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
