Job Description

The Provider Lead is a clinical role supporting members through scheduled, walk-in, and urgent visits across multiple modalities, including telehealth and in-clinic settings.

They deliver comprehensive care, focusing on chronic disease, behavioral health, and preventative wellness, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and manage member care plans.

The role oversees care for complex patients, acts as the escalation point, and helps enhance clinical programs, policies, and processes.

This hybrid position requires an MD/DO with Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine, 5+ years of member care experience, and 2+ years of informal clinical leadership.

Pay ranges from $260,000 to $275,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Work is based in Cincinnati, OH, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote weekly.
