Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program to provide therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.
Administer screening, develop treatment and education plans, and ensure quality assurance and documentation accuracy. Facilitate individual and group counseling, assist with program evaluation, and support smooth after-care transitions. Collaborate with staff on policy development, training, and reporting requirements. Maintain compliance with contractual, accreditation, and certification standards. Require a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology, five years of relevant experience, and Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC). Experience with offenders, correctional environments, and therapeutic models is preferred. Work involves indoor conditions, occasional travel, and shift flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
