Job Description

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current licensure, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
Preferred candidates have 4+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in management, and specialty certification.
Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, performance feedback, budget management, resource optimization, and ensuring quality patient care and compliance with standards.
Key duties involve communication with medical staff, patient satisfaction assessment, participation in quality improvement, and community outreach.
Requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on cost-effective operations and professional development.
