Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist in Dyersburg, TN, to join our Home Health team.

Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Collaborate with healthcare team and assist in developing personalized care plans.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies.

Must Have: at least one year of clinical experience, valid state license, CCC-SLP certification, home health experience, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to serve multiple patient locations.
