Job Description

Multiple Advanced Practice Provider opportunities are available in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, and Medical Oncology, with full-time and PRN positions. Both Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) are encouraged to apply.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified in Indiana
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently within scope of practice
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and team-oriented approach
