Licensed Clinical Counselor (Must Be Local/Addiction Recovery)

Job Description

We are hiring immediately for a Licensed Clinical Counselor / Licensed Professional Counselor / Mental Health Therapist.

Pay range: $65,000–$90,000/year, based on experience.

Job Summary: Seeking a compassionate counselor to supervise treatment, facilitate group and individual sessions, develop personalized plans, monitor client progress, and document outcomes to support addiction treatment.

Key Duties:

• Facilitate clinical groups and one-on-one sessions
• Create and adjust treatment plans based on assessments
• Monitor and communicate client progress with the team
• Provide addiction counseling for substance use disorders
• Maintain accurate records and collect outcome data
• Engage in ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Certified Addiction Counselor Level II; other licenses preferred
• Experience with inpatient treatment and addiction counseling
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and growth
