Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents.

Implement evidence-based interventions in individual and group sessions.

Monitor progress and adjust therapies accordingly.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to support communication goals.

Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and progress reports.

Qualifications include: a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, strong assessment skills, and ability to work collaboratively. Experience in a nursing setting is preferred.

The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with pay ranging from $49-$52/hour, and benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Candidates must be able to commute to and relocate to DeLand, FL 32720, and work in person.
