Offer a balanced clinical environment with 60% Gynecology and 40% Obstetrics, supported by 24/7 anesthesia and surgical teams. Schedule includes 12-hour shifts, current 1:5 call, with post-night call day off, and options for employed-to-partnership or full employment.
