Responsibilities include assessing, treating, and supporting residents with communication and swallowing challenges, creating personalized care plans, and documenting services in compliance with facility policies.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology, a valid license, and knowledge of long-term care regulations.
