Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist to provide culturally appropriate, evidence-based mental health services in Boise.
Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, managing crises, and documenting contacts. The role involves working primarily in community settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and serving low-income, refugee, immigrant, and culturally diverse populations.
Qualifications include active licensure in Idaho (LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, LPC), a master’s degree in a relevant field, and at least one year of experience with mental health diagnosis and treatment. Strong communication, confidentiality, and transportation are essential.
Compensation ranges from $40-$50/hour based on credentials and performance, with benefits such as health/dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development.
