Job Description

We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a 59-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Watsonville, CA.

The role involves conducting evaluations, developing therapy plans, documenting progress, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and families, and mentoring SLP assistants.

Qualifications include an active California SLP license, a Master’s or Doctorate degree, and knowledge of PDPM and SNF regulations. New graduates are welcome.
