Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) to provide compassionate care for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders in Conway, AR.

Offer individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Educate clients and families on recovery strategies and provide crisis support.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care and maintain accurate documentation.

Participate in team meetings and staff development while adhering to confidentiality standards.

Qualifications include an active license, experience with addiction and mental health treatment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
