Job Description

Seeking full-time Child and Adolescent Therapists in downtown Asheville, NC, to provide outpatient mental health services in a multidisciplinary clinic.

Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, diagnosing, developing and adjusting treatment plans, monitoring progress, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted North Carolina license with 2+ years post-graduate experience
  • Doctorate degree in a related field (preferred) with 3-5 years of experience or master’s degree with 5+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of DSM/ICD-10 criteria, crisis assessment tools, and psychiatric principles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to pass background checks, and residence in NC

    • Salary ranges from $58,000 to $85,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. Flexible hours and work schedules, with in-person work required.
