Speech-Language Pathologist, Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct speech therapy care in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

Must hold CCCs, be a graduate of an accredited program, and maintain valid licensure and certification.

Preferred one year of experience in a related setting; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients, developing goals, charting, and collaborating with team members.

Must demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, and excellent communication skills.
