Job Description

We provide high-quality therapy services to children with autism and their families, focusing on evidence-based, child-led interventions in a collaborative team environment.


  • Conduct and report on speech and language assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust goals.
  • Coach and support direct care staff in implementing treatment protocols within clinic settings.
  • Write progress reports, perform re-evaluations, and provide parent training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, ethical standards, and regulations, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and contribute to a supportive work environment.

    • Minimum qualifications include licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with 2-3 years of pediatric experience.
