Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using validated tools.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and behavior analysts.
- Communicate regularly with families to discuss progress and provide support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with best practices in the field.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current licensure, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred experience with infants, toddlers, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches is a plus.
