Job Description
The Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC or LCSW) oversees clinical operations, supervises staff, and ensures trauma-informed, compliant, and individualized services in a fast-paced environment.
Provides oversight of clinical service delivery, including assessments, treatment planning, and discharge coordination.
Supervises a multidisciplinary team, offering training and clinical oversight to support quality and staff development.
Ensures documentation compliance, manages intake and referrals, and participates in peer reviews with managed care organizations.
Serves as a liaison to stakeholders and participates in outreach and program meetings.
Maintains knowledge of regulations, treatment standards, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, with licensure approval within three months.
Requires current certifications in CPR, First Aid, behavioral supports, and TB screening.
This full-time role offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development assistance. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
