Seeking a PER DIEM Speech Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Rochester, NY.
Work Location: Wesley Gardens, 3 Upton Park, Rochester, NY 14607.
Provide quality SLP services, including patient evaluations, screenings, referrals, and care planning.Complete timely documentation such as progress notes, reports, and discharge summaries.Maintain knowledge of short-term and long-term SLP care.Instruct patients, families, and staff on goals, progress, and therapeutic techniques.Ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.Requirements:
Valid NYS License & CCC.Experience with cognitive and dysphagia rehabilitation preferred.Knowledge of Rehab Optima is a plus.Pay ranges from $53.00 – $58.00/hour. Must be able to commute and relocate to Rochester, NY 14607 before starting work. This position is in person and offers competitive pay and benefits.
