Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide coverage during maternity leave in a collaborative, child-focused practice.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD and developmental disabilities.
Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance communication, social skills, articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
Collaborate with behavior analysts, caregivers, and team members to ensure coordinated care.
Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in clinical or home settings and monitor progress.
Educate parents on strategies to support communication development at home.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
Provide guidance and support to families to foster involvement in therapy.
Requirements include a valid NJ SLP license, ASHA certification, and at least 3 years of pediatric experience, preferably with ASD. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($70-$80/hr), and opportunities for advancement. Location is in Paramus, NJ, with in-person work.
