Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health services in Thermopolis, WY.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients dealing with mental health issues, including PTSD.

Offer clinical counseling and facilitate group therapy sessions to support recovery.

Manage case files and ensure documentation complies with HIPAA standards.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care in community settings.

Apply evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis and monitor client progress.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, valid licensure, experience in behavioral health, and proficiency in managing records and HIPAA compliance. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
