We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our healthcare team, providing specialized services across various age groups with an emphasis on geriatrics.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs, addressing challenges like medical complexity and cognitive decline. Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing functions. Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and educators to ensure cohesive patient care. Monitor progress, adjust treatment techniques, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with regulations. Stay current with advancements in speech therapy and medical knowledge. Requirements include valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, experience with geriatric populations preferred, strong knowledge of medical terminology, and excellent communication skills.
