Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive mental health services in our Boise office.
Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, managing urgent cases, documenting contacts, and discharging clients appropriately. Must have a master’s degree, active Idaho licensure, and at least one year of experience working with individuals with mental illness. Candidates should be skilled in communication, maintain confidentiality, and be willing to serve diverse populations, including low-income families, refugees, and individuals with complex cultural and language needs. Work involves community-based settings, requiring reliable transportation and safety awareness.
