Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team, starting in February 2026.

**Education:** Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

**Licenses & Certifications:** Current Iowa license (LMHC, LISW, LMFT), valid driver’s license, and BLS certification within six months.

**Skills & Experience:** Excellent customer service, strong communication skills; experience with Epic EHR preferred.

**Responsibilities include providing ethical individual, couple, family, and group therapy; diagnosing and treating mental health disorders; creating treatment plans; collaborating with other departments; and maintaining accurate documentation.
