Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a male residential addiction treatment facility in Iowa, LA, offering a starting salary from $75,000/year.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy within a structured, supportive environment.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based methods like CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Coordinate with judicial and community resources, facilitate relapse prevention and life skills education, and support clients with co-occurring disorders.

    Qualifications: Master’s degree, active LPC license in Louisiana, 3+ years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment, and ability to work effectively in a structured residential setting.
