Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Clinician to provide mental health and/or substance use treatment to adults.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Deliver evidence-based therapies such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing.

Facilitate group and individual sessions, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care.

Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with best practices.

Requirements include a degree in psychology, social work, or related field, licensure in Idaho, and preferably experience with trauma-informed care and addiction.

This full-time role offers a salary of $65,000-$85,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
