Job Description

Seeking a compassionate, motivated fully or provisionally licensed social worker or counselor to join our supportive team.

Responsibilities include conducting independent psychosocial assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy to diverse clients. The clinician will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and collaborate with colleagues and community providers.

Requirements:

  • Current license or provisional license as a counselor or social worker in Wyoming
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • Ability to work independently within licensure bounds
  • Strong character qualities and team-oriented mindset

    • Expectations include establishing rapport, completing timely notes, and potential growth into leadership roles.
