Physician Assistant – Nurse Family Practitioner

Job Description

This full-time primary care position requires a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution, along with a current North Carolina license, CAQ, and CPR certification.

At least one year of experience in a primary care setting, functioning at the full scope of training and licensure.

Strong commitment to community health, excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently in stressful situations.

High initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making aligned with the organization’s mission.

The role offers competitive compensation ($100,000-$105,000/year), comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, PTO, holidays, relocation assistance, NHSC Loan Repayment, CME allowance, 403(b) match), and a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts.
