Job Description

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Clinical Coordinator to provide nursing leadership and management coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring facility standards are maintained.

The role involves overseeing patient care, serving as a resource and consultant for nursing staff on clinical and operational issues, and supporting compliance and risk management efforts.

The coordinator will foster positive relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include a

Registered Nurse license issued by the Kansas State Board of Nursing

, a

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)

, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, Conscious Sedation, and NIH Stroke Scale.

Requires 1-3 years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience recommended.
