Job Description

We seek a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative professional to provide high-quality restorative nursing care across various healthcare settings, including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments.


  • Deliver personalized interventions to maintain or improve patient functional abilities.
  • Assist with ADLs, mobility, hygiene, and catheter care.
  • Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses using EMR/EHR systems.
  • Administer medications and treatments per HIPAA and safety protocols.
  • Support patient transfers with equipment like Hoyer lifts.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
  • Adhere to infection control procedures across diverse care environments.

    • Qualifications include valid CNA certification, experience in various healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR systems, and knowledge of clinical procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are essential. Certifications like BLS or ACLS are preferred.
