Job Description

This Nursing Manager oversees all aspects of nursing care for designated patient groups, managing staff, resources, and finances to ensure quality care in line with institutional goals.

  • Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current licensure, and BLS certification within 30 days.
  • Preferred: Specialty certification and four years of nursing experience with management background.
  • Responsibilities include staffing, performance evaluations, staff education, budget management, resource utilization, patient satisfaction, quality improvement, and compliance with standards.
  • Engages in community outreach and professional development activities.
  • Work involves in-person shifts, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours, and offers a pay range of $969.64-$1,167.74 per week.
    • Ensures effective communication, cost containment, and adherence to policies to promote high-quality, patient-centered care.
