Job Description
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP or PNP) to join a primary care team serving children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 26.
With nearly 40 years of providing comprehensive family care, the practice offers innovative services including Clinical Research, Patient-Centered Medical Home, Parent Coaching, Breastfeeding Medicine, ADHD management, and integrated Behavioral Health.
The role involves delivering high-quality care, maintaining accurate EMR documentation, and collaborating within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Qualifications include an active Ohio APRN and DEA license, 2-3+ years pediatric/young adult experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with EMR systems.

The position is outpatient, in-person, with day shifts, some weekends, and on-call duties.
