Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management clinic with multiple locations.

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, follow up accordingly
  • Document patient care thoroughly in medical records
  • Deliver care in line with accepted standards and collaborate with team members
  • Monitor and manage patients, referring to specialists when needed

    • Qualifications include a current applicable state license, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain one, and BLS certification.

    This full-time role offers $125,000-$150,000 annually, with relocation required to Sutherlin, OR prior to start.
