Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Relief RN to work primarily 2nd shift at our main facility’s behavioral health units, with occasional overnight shifts. The position offers $39.97 – $42.27/hr, 80 hours per pay period, every other weekend, and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Provide leadership by supervising nursing staff and ensuring quality resident care. Coordinate activities, address staff concerns, and collaborate across units. Advise on treatments and medications in the absence of a physician, and manage emergency procedures. Perform hands-on care, monitor infection control, and ensure compliance with standards. Observe and document residents’ physical and emotional status, and prepare residents for discharge. Supervise staff, utilize psychiatric assessment skills, and ensure client rights are upheld.
